Rogun Josh


1/2 kg Mutton
2 cinnamon sticks
2 green cardamom
3-4 peppercorns
3 cloves
2 tsp Corriander powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
3 tbsp Mustard oil
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 small onion chopped
1/2 cup curd
Salt to taste
3 Whole red chilies

1. Heat oil in cooker till smoke comes out of it. Put in mutton pieces and ginger garlic paste, onions. Add All the khada masala and other spices.
2. Cook the mutton pieces for 15-20 mins stirring continuously. 
3. Add some water and pressure cook.
4. When done, add beaten curd and cook for another 15 mins.

It is ready!
